What to know before you start

Numbers are placed near the bottom of the visible page. Existing content is not moved to make room, so check that your document has enough blank footer space. The starting number changes the printed sequence, not the internal PDF page labels.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I start numbering at a number other than 1?

Yes. Set the starting number to continue a sequence from another document. Every page receives a number, including covers and blank pages.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Files are processed in your browser on your device. There is no account to create and no server upload step.

    Can I use password-protected PDFs?

Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Use an unprotected copy that you are authorized to edit. Editing a digitally signed PDF can invalidate its signature.
