Extract PDF Pages options

To select every other page, enter odd (1, 3, 5…) or even (2, 4, 6…). These use file positions, not printed page labels.

Choose a file to begin. Large documents may take longer.

How to use Extract PDF Pages

    1. Choose your source PDF.

    2. Enter pages to keep, for example 1,4-8.

    3. Select “Extract pages” and wait for the ready message.

    4. Select “Download PDF” below the status message. Open the saved file and check the result.

Helpful tip: Page selections use positions in the file, starting at 1, rather than printed page labels. Your original file is unchanged.

What to know before you start

The order of your selection becomes the output order. Enter 5,1-3 to put page 5 first, followed by pages 1 through 3. For several separate output documents, use Split PDF instead.

    Frequently asked questions

Will extracted text still be selectable?

Existing text and vector content are copied without rasterizing the pages. Scanned pages remain images; this tool does not add OCR.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Files are processed in your browser on your device. There is no account to create and no server upload step.

    Can I use password-protected PDFs?

Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Use an unprotected copy that you are authorized to edit. Editing a digitally signed PDF can invalidate its signature.
