Quick answer: Use Organize PDF to enter the complete page order, download that result, then open it in Rotate PDF to correct sideways or upside-down pages.
Write down the intended page sequence
Use the positions shown by your PDF reader, not numbers printed on the sheets. For a four-page scan whose last page should come first, enter 4,1-3 in Organize PDF. Every source page must appear exactly once.
To reverse a six-page scan, enter 6-1. Descending ranges are supported. If you need to omit a blank scan, remove it first with Remove PDF Pages and then recalculate the page positions for the new file.
Rotate only the pages that need correction
Open the reordered result in Rotate PDF. Leave Pages blank to rotate the entire document, or enter a selection such as 2,4. Choose 90°, 180° or 270° clockwise and select Rotate pages.
Rotation is added to the existing orientation. A 180° turn fixes an upside-down page. If a sideways page needs a counterclockwise quarter-turn, select 270° clockwise. The tool changes orientation without recompressing scanned images.
Check the downloaded file rather than only the reader view
Select Download PDF, open the saved document and review every changed page. A temporary rotation in a PDF reader may affect only your current view; this tool saves the page orientation in the output file.
If you add page numbers afterward, use the corrected PDF as the input. Selections always refer to the current document, so page 2 after reordering may no longer be the original page 2.
Troubleshooting
Organize PDF says to include every page
Check that the sequence contains each page once, with no gaps or repeats. Use Extract PDF Pages instead when your goal is to keep only a subset.

Can I fix skewed scans with Rotate PDF?
This tool supports quarter-turn rotations only. It does not straighten a page scanned at a small angle or correct perspective in a photograph.
