Combine many emails into one PDF
Apple Mail exports each message as a separate PDF. If you need one tidy document, for example all emails about an order, a claim or a project, try this:
- On your Mac, select the emails in Mail and drag them to a folder in Finder. Each one is saved as an
.emlfile. - Open our EML to PDF converter and drop the files in.
- Choose Combine into one PDF and download. Emails are sorted oldest first, each starting on a new page with its sender, recipients, date and attachment list.
Convert .eml files to PDF in your browser. Free, works in bulk, and your emails are never uploaded.

Do I need an app to save an email as PDF on iPhone?
No. The Print option in Apple’s Mail app can create a PDF, and you save it with the Share button. No extra app or printer is needed.
Where do saved PDFs go on iPhone?
Wherever you choose in the Save to Files screen: usually a folder in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone. Open the Files app to find them later.
Can I save several emails as PDF at once on a Mac?
Yes. In Apple Mail, select the messages and choose File › Export as PDF. Mail asks for a folder and saves each message as its own PDF. To get one combined PDF instead, drag the messages to a Finder folder (they are saved as .eml files) and combine them with our EML to PDF converter.
Are attachments saved too?
No. The PDF contains the message only. Save attachments separately by tapping or clicking each one, or use our EML to PDF converter, which lists attachments in the PDF and lets you download each file.
